Privacy Policy
The present privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is applicable to your access of the Ongoing Entertainment hotspot (the “Hotspot”) and the http://localhost:81 website (the “Website”) and to your use of the services offered on the Hotspot and the Website. Ongoing Entertainment inc. (“Ongoing”) is the owner and operator of the services offered on the Hotspot and Website.
The present Privacy Policy is effective as of November 8, 2017 and applies to all users.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and continuing to use the Hotspot, the Website and our services, and by providing some personal information to Ongoing through the Hotspot or Website, you confirm your agreement to be subject to the terms and conditions of the present Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not access or use the Hotspot or Website and provide Personal Information to us. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time by updating the present document. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will enter into force thirty (30) days after its publication on the Site. Ongoing respects your privacy. What information do we collect?
Our primary goal in collecting personal information about you is to make sure that your experience on the Hotspot and Website happens in an efficient and personalized matter. Thus, we can deliver the services and features that best fit your needs and customize our services to make your experience safer and friendlier. We only collect the personal information that we deem necessary to achieve this goal. We collect information from you when you register on the Hotpot or Website, or subscribe to our newsletter. When registering on the Ongoing Hotspot or Website, you may be asked to enter your : name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and/or credit card information. To the extent possible, we specify required and optional fields. You may, however, use our Hotspot or visit our Website anonymously. Ongoing’s Internet servers can get information, in a passive and automatic way, on the browsing habits of the Ongoing Website users, which can be linked to their Internet Protocol (“IP”) address. Ongoing implements a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information. Ongoing uses a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financial information, etc.) will be kept on file for more than 60 days in order to facilitate automated renewals. You may request that your credit card information be deleted from our files at any point by contacting us.
5. Disclosure of your personal information
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Hotspot or Website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. 13. Severability
Should any provision of this Privacy Policy be contrary to the law, void or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, that provision shall be deemed severable from the Privacy Policy and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of other provisions.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy and its interpretation are subject to the laws that are in force in the province of Quebec and in Canada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. The courts of the District of Montreal, in the Province of Quebec, have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute related to the present Privacy Policy, including its interpretation and its effects.
